I'm a proud Latina, first generation American and former IT project manager turned business coach and chocolatier. Having spent over a decade climbing the corporate ladder in some of New York City's top financial companies, I decided to risk it all to follow my dream. A dream that was nagging me for years to go out there and become my own boss. 

 

After years of feeling undervalued, unfulfilled and overlooked, I finally found the courage to start betting on myself. I torched my former career and embarked on the terrifying journey of entrepreneurship.

From starting and sustaining a businesses in the midst of the worst pandemic of our lifetime, to seeing it all go up in flames (literally), I'm here to tell you that you are so much stronger and resilient than you'll ever imagine!

My mission is to help other women, like myself, who dream big, have lofty goals and no longer want to be complacent. I've launched EllaVai as a way of connecting, motivating and empowering YOU! The next generation of bada$$ Latinx leaders who are the modern day renaissance women, the trailblazers and the FUTURE!
